We provide support and enablement services that include personal care, a variety of skill development and occupational activities.

Our Reablement service provides short term therapy and support by working with adults in their own home or care home to prevent hospital admission, to facilitate early hospital discharge and to provide rehabilitation and support in order to help people maintain/regain their independence.

What We Do

Enablement is a service which helps you to do more for yourself at home, by learning or re-learning skills that make you feel safe and happy in your own home. The service offers short term support that aims to encourage and enable you to lead as independent and fulfilling a life as you can, in the way that you want.

We provide enablement support workers to help people become more independent and improve their quality of life both inside and outside their own home, in order to help them get home and stay there.
Enablement gives adults the opportunity and confidence to relearn and regain some of the skills they may have lost because of poor health, disability or impairment or after a spell in hospital or problems at home.
Our support workers provide enablement support for service users with significant needs around the personal activity of daily living, potentially including mobility, nutrition and personal safety. This sometimes includes the provision of personal care and support to assist users in their own home by encouraging and maximizing independence.
