Aplus Care & Suport Services offers you the option to stay at home with support tailored to meet your needs.

Our support services are aimed at providing physical, emotional, social and information support to people with health and social care needs to enable them achieve their goals.

Every individual that we support has a unique personality, sense of humour, preferences, needs and aspirations.

Whether you are elderly, convalescing or disabled or just in need of a little extra assistance with tasks you find tough, our fully trained, experienced staff will be there to help.

What We Do

Our support workers play a vital role in supporting people affected by long-term/life-threatening illnesses, people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, mental health needs, communication difficulties and/or complex health needs to live independently.
Our support workers support people to do the things that matter most to them by focusing on supporting people to live their lives as independently as they can, keeping them safe, helping them to make choices, and ensuring that they lead full and rich lives in their community.
We aim to provide care and support to people either in their own homes or within supported living or residential services. The support they give to each person will depend very much on their individual needs and is focused on doing ‘with people’ not ‘for people’. Our role is to support people to be as independent as they can.
As well as day to day support, our support workers’ role will include supporting people with tasks around their home such as cooking and cleaning, going out, taking part in activities and attending college/work or going on holiday.
Our Support workers work as part of a caring team, and they have a dedicated management team to support them and will equip them with the skills and ongoing mentoring that they need to do their job to the best of their abilities.
